Tips for Getting Started
- Assembly — See directions on the reverse of this pamphlet.
- Load your desired anesthetic carpules in the heater boxes. Plug in the device and turn on.
- Recommended warm-up time is 30 minutes before use.
- Disinfect device by wiping with alcohol or other suitable agent.
- Do not immerse electrical unit.
- Maximum number of heater boxes connected is 4.
- Exceeding this number could result in personal injury or product damage.
- See precautions on the reverse of this pamphlet.
ThermoPro Assembly
- Remove all packaging materials.
- Start with the needle box and attach heater boxes to the side (DO NOT EXCEED 4 HEATER BOXES). Internal magnets hold units together.
- Plug in device and turn on (Green LED should light up.)
- Lift lid and load with anesthetic carpules by rolling them horizontally into the slot.
- Press downward on lever to dispense a single unit.
- Affix your heater boxes with the enclosed labels for your desired anesthetic.
- Turn off device at the end of your day.
ThermoPro Precautions
- Keep Neodymium magnets away from children. Small magnets can pose serious choking hazard. If multiple magnets are swallowed, they can attach to each other in the intestinal walls causing serious injuries and even death.
- Keep Neodymium magnets away from anyone with a pacemaker.
- Keep Neodymium magnets away from magnetic media.
- Keep Neodymium magnets away from GPS and smartphones.
- Wear eye protection and work gloves (if necessary) when working with magnets.
- Pay close attention when you are separating or handling magnets.
- To separate magnets, grasp the outside magnet, slide it off the stack and pull away quickly.
- Work on a metal table or surface, so that magnets stay where you set them and don't jump together.
- When you magnets in both hands, remember to keep your hands apart.
- Do not drill or machine Neodymium magnets.
- Seek immediate medical attention for any serious injuries.
- Neodymium magnets will retain their magnetism and integrity for decades when handled, utilized and protected properly.
